Shipping policy
Shipping and Handling
We will process your order within 1-3 business days. This is subject to change due to holidays, vacation, etc. You will be notified if there is any change in the processing time. Currently, we only offer domestic shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. We use USPS to ship all orders. Shipping price rates are subject to change by USPS. We try our best to give you the best prices according to USPS rates.
You are responsible of providing a correct shipping address. If you do not receive your order in the time frame according to USPS services, please contact us. Be aware that if you claim not receiving your order but the tracking shows that it was delivered, you will be responsible of filing a costumer claim directly with USPS.
Local Delivery
If you choose local delivery as an option for your order, you will be notified by email when your order is ready to be delivered.
