Returns and Refunds

Because of the nature of our products and for safety purposes, we do not accept returns. Bath products are considered a personal care good, sales are final. 

We do not refund. All sales are final. You are responsible on providing a correct shipping address and to track your package. See Shipping Policy for more details.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any moment. You cannot cancel an order if it has already been shipped.

Damages and issues

All sales are final but contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We try our best to describe our products. Be aware that we made an artisan product, pictures are for reference and product appearance may slightly vary from one to another. Every soap is unique.

We listed all the ingredients in order for you to be informed. If you are not sure about a possible allergic reaction please contact and consult your healthcare provider. We do not claim our products to be beneficial for any health or skin condition. The intention of our products is to cleanse. Please speak with your healthcare provider prior to using any skin care product, particularly while pregnant and or while nursing.
